Tree Plantation

JWF is also organizing for a campaign with its volunteers to plant around 100 tree saplings around Dhaka to preserve the ecological balance and maintain the serene beauty of the city it has lost due to rapid growth of urban development. We believe that by doing so people would be encouraged to follow in a similar manner as to plant even further tree saplings around their homes or their vicinity that would in turn give Dhaka city, a touch of natural beauty. Moreover, we also have plans to create awareness amongst schools to have more trees to be around their playgrounds so that the children have a feel of the need for trees in our society and be more in tune with nature in years to come.
